Artist's Comments

In the innermost forest of Atlantis, the Wild Brotherhood surged as an offshot of the Arcane Brotherhood, acting as messengers between the Magues and all the other races and nations of Atlantis. The branches of the Brotherhood focus each on a specific aspect of that most subtle of arts, the Obsidian Order being the Necromancers and sometimes Assassins.

And when the Brotherhood's Council requires them to act as the latter, they leave their hideaway wearing the mark of Death on their faces.

the catch lights in his eyes need to be toned back some, still a very cool image, nicely done.

I should tone it down for this size, you are right. I forgot when adding the extra specular-only light that it would affect the eyes too; it brings out the metals beautifully, though, which is what I need to promote the texture set. Might have to re-render after adjusting the materials on the eyes, although that is one area where I'm still a bit fearful to touch too much. Thank you :)
